Instead of posting it here Kirk, why not address yoir concerns with the postmaster at the Duncanville post office? She'll be more than happy to address your concerns but you're putting them where the people that can make the changes will see them.
Remember if you're old enough, they had commercials on television that claimed they delivered in any weather, rain or shine or even in the snow. Well that must have changed in last ten years or so and it most definitely doesn't apply to Duncanville post office. They make tons of excuses. Don't even get me started on stolen packages which I've had three taken right off my front porch. Sorry I can't be of more help. Center and Park area.
