I went in and purchased furniture on 06 Nov. 2021. At the time of purchase I paid for half the furniture. Back orders would be delayed 3-5 weeks. So I started calling on the sixth week (Sat. 18 Dec., Mon. and Tues. 20, 21 Dec,) so I could have my furniture in my home for Christmas. Unfortunately, eacg time I called, no answer and I couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. Finally, I decided to drive to the location because something just wasn't right. Got there and the doors were locked. By this time I'm furious because they didn't make contact with me and they've got my money and I have no furniture. The Duncanville Chamber of Commerce had no information on them because they're business isn't registered and the Duncanville Police Dept. can't do anything because it's a "civil" matter.

This place is so unorganized , they say they will have your stuff at a certain time and don’t have it . It’s April 26,2021 and they supply to open at 10am it’s 10:48am and they just now getting here didn’t speak or acknowledge anyone when costumers are waiting on them. Didn’t apologized for the inconvenience or nothing I don’t recommend this place to anyone because A1 Furnituture is NOT the Place .
