The Duncanville location is the best UPS Store I have EVER been to! The managers and employees are so polite, and knowledgeable. They do everything they can to help they’re customers and some help beyond expectations. Keep up the great work and exceptional customer service!

Package shipped, lost by UPS, then given the run around after a claim has been filed, receipt uploaded and everything has been done on my end to rectify the situation. Seems that the owners are never available to handle customer issues and complaints. I’ll definitely be contacting UPS corporate offices regarding this unacceptable customer service. I would suggest that EVERYONE stay far away from this business if you actually want your package received.

Older African American lady with grey hair is very disrespectful! After disturbingly getting off a phone call in the middle of work hours comes to me , interrupting the lady that was trying to help me ! To come and send me out the store with no help saying she can not help me ! Do not come here! Your time will be wasted very unprofessional if you hate your job that much quit don’t take it out on customers!
