How much do you charge?

All personal injury representation, whether it’s a relatively minor car accident or a wrongful death is contingent; you pay nothing unless we recover money from the individual or company that caused your injury. Our fees range from 33% of the total settlement to 40% of the total settlement value, depending on when the case settles. In some commercial tort cases we work on a hybrid fee agreement; the client will pay a reduced hourly rate, and we will take a reduced percentage interest in the total settlement.
