My husband and I were interested in renting here. I had called and spoke with someone who I informed I would be applying online. This was almost 3 months ago now, and we spent $30 on the credit applications to hear approximately zero updates. Zero updates on the website, zero phone calls, nothing. Where did you see that price? I'm on the 12th floor facing the east side. Great view. And very spacious.
Hi. We have four different floor plans at the Leland Tower for 1 bedrooms. The base rent includes gas and garbage fees. There is an additional $25/month for electricity and $25/month for water for first occupant and than $5/each additional tenant. Please take a look at Karademas.com to see the unit layouts and future availablity. As for your direct question; we have radiant heat (gas, which is included in rent) for heat and you are able to rent an A/C unit for cooling which we have as a rental package you may elect at move-in or opt in after leasing.
