2 stars for Google review because you forced it in the survey process. 2 stars because they have proved reliable on repairs and service. 4 total stars. (Updated) I Should have mentioned iv been going there since I got my car (Veloster n) and service is always good. Sometimes the service wait is a little longer than expected. But I don't think I can actually take my car anywhere else. The car even suggests it goes there.

Hector. You will need proof of income to buy a car anywhere. Just take your id and proof of income in and ask the finance department if they need anything additional
The first time I bought a car there was in 2001, and was a good experience. However, I was looking for a used car recently,vand saw 2 of the type of cars I wanted there. I called ahead to make sure the cars were there and was told that they were. I made the drive only to get there and be told that one in that short amount of time was sent to another location for detailing, and asked about the second one and the salesman kept asking us to go inside, when we finally did, another salesman told us that they just sold the second one and immediately the first salesman tried switching us to other cars. I felt like this was an old bait and switch. It has at least made it so I no longer trust the dealership, and will probably not ever purchase another vehicle from them.
Yes it will be covered if you did not hit anything and it is a manufacturers defect. Do not take your vehicles to Napleton for service! Instead take them to Gerald Hyundai in Aurora. They will schedule and service your vehicle.
I also do not work there. I received free oil changes but I cannot get them done at Napleton because their service is horrible. Other dealers and local oil change experts charge $40. And up for an oil change depending on your vehicle and what type of oil you choose.
