Nice One Weird

Food poisoning!! I got some bad diarrhea after eating here. My doctor said it was likely food poisoning cause by unwashed hands or poor sanitation practice. I so regret eating here. I should have left when I saw a worker sucking on his thumb before handling food. I hate to write a bad review but I have to be honest.

Very rude, I was picking up my TOGO order but the doors were locked when I arrived.. 4 workers just stared at me as I knocked, pulled on the door, waved my flash light, and I called 3 times.. 0 calls were answered , just glanced at me && ignored me. Very unprofessional, If you don’t like your job get a new one. I’d also suggest hiring new people all around before they run the place to the ground

Under Jacob Brooke's supervision I received an order missing an entire appetizer which they saw fit to replace with something I did not want and not communicate to me at any time. Jacob would not give me a refund and would not tell me how to contact management. I received raw shrimp, freezer burned chicken, and here's the mind blowing part. HARD mashed potatoes. Fridays was detiorating in quality pre-pandemic but now, this location is simply phoning it in with no regard for their customers. The manager who gave me my food after a waitress and bartenders ignored me for awhile was unprofessional. If the management hasn't changed since 2019 when I knew the managers son, I'm disgusted and disappointed. Stay away from this location. Your food will get home more hot and fresh if you drive to the next Friday's over.

There was no service in Spanish at the time we went. Communication was a bit difficult and one of our dishes was requested not spicy. But it came with hot sauce. The food was good, adequate proportion, a drink was ordered, it was refreshing and with good flavor (low alcohol). The place is not so crowded..
