Hold time is a minimum of 30-40 minutes to make an appointment with this facility (if you can even get through to them in one call). I then arrived for my appointment only to be told that "someone" at the call center canceled my appointment for "some reason." I had never been informed of the cancelation, and when I asked if they could squeeze me in (for a very brief issue) because I had already taken off work for the appointment that I scheduled, they told me they do not accept "walk-ins." Would give their front desk staff/scheduling department zero stars if possible.

I can’t express enough how wonderful every single staff member I encountered was. I felt so comfortable and not judged for being there. Everything was thoroughly explained to me start to finish. I traveled 2 hours to this location and traffic was at a standstill, I was so afraid I was going to miss my appointment. Luckily I was able to have my appointment moved down and I made it safely. Highly recommend this location!

I seriously love this place. My first time being here I’m so glad I came because everyone was so pleasant. And I’m so so thankful of the volunteers outside the doors there to greet you so excited. You got protestors outside making you feel horrible and I’m very glad I had two MEN volunteering telling you to just ignore them and they are sorry about them. I really felt heard and supported.

If I could give this place a zero I would, got hung up on bc they want to take care of out of state people instead of people who actually live here. This is ridiculous
