Seriously 10 stars. Ken Negley is the more considerate, polite, helpful salesman ever. Back when the Odyssey we wanted was out of stock everywhere, we shopped around to compare the terms for getting one ordered for us. We saved Valley Honda for last because we had a good experience buying years ago and have enjoyed using their service department ever since. Going in, we weren't expecting a great deal because everyone else MSRP + "required" extras. I dropped my jaw when Ken told us nothing was required. Ken put in the order for our Odyssey right there, without trying to talk us into something else on the lot. (Every other dealership really pushed their stock-on-hand.) I pleasantly surprised when Ken asked how often we wanted to be contacted with updates and whether phone/email/text. Even more astonishing, HE KEPT US UPDATED JUST AS WE REQUESTED. Which is... absolutely not typical salesmen. When our vehicle finally came in, Ken sent us a selfie-tour-video he recorded just for us with our actual vehicle. True to his word, we got to look through the list of extras and pick only the ones we wanted. A couple of days after driving our van home, we had a manufacturing problem with the sliding door of the van. Ken got right on it, bugging the repair people until everything was fixed. Hallelujah! (Dang, I was determined not to use an exclamation point because they are so over used in reviews. But, needs must.)

This is the second car I have purchased at Valley Honda and have had a wonderful experience both times. Everyone there made the process very easy and the salesman who I went through, Ken Negley did a great job keeping me updated with when my car was coming in and helping me answer any questions about the car or process. Wow… what an absolutely amazing experience!!! Ken, thank you so much for taking care of me. I walked in frustrated and upset due to a long day of car shopping at other dealerships that had gone wrong and Ken Negley handled the situation with his calm demeanor, extensive knowledge and a pinch of humor. I got exactly the type of car that I needed and at a great price. Not only did I walk out of there with a car but with a place to send all my family and friends to when they are in need.
