Hi. We have four different floor plans at the Leland Tower for 1 bedrooms. The base rent includes gas and garbage fees. There is an additional $25/month for electricity and $25/month for water for first occupant and than $5/each additional tenant. As for your direct question; we have radiant heat (gas, which is included in rent) for heat and you are able to rent an A/C unit for cooling which we have as a rental package you may elect at move-in or opt in after leasing.
