I’ve lived here about a year now. The staff have gone through some changes in my time here, but seems to be more stable now. Ryann is super helpful and kind. I got my car booted and she was able to assist me in getting it off with no charge. The parking was a bit difficult about a year ago but they’ve been much more proactive the last six months and isn’t a problem anymore. And maintanence is prompt. They usually come the day after I put in a request. My only real complaint are the pests. No roaches or anything, but I live in an apt right near the trash shoot. The garbage services don’t come on the weekends and if trash piles up, my apartment tends to fill with fruit flies! That has been getting better since the trash hasn’t been piling up as much recently and is only really a problem in the summer months. Just beware of a corner apt by the trash shoot!

Do not live here. This building has constant maintenance problems. During the winter my heater wouldn’t turn off and my apartment was at 85 degrees. I travel a lot and I came back with a $300 electric bill. I had to call maintenance 3 times for them to finally come. Now it’s July and my AC is down. It’s 103 degrees outside with no AC! Im going to stay at a hotel because I don’t want to get heat stroke. Again no maintenance… the pool has been closed for most of the summer, so don’t count that as an amenity that you can even use. The windows are paper thin so everything in the parking lot can be heard in your apartment. Also the walls are very thin so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. Dogs barking constantly, people above stomping around. Worst place I’ve ever lived.

Overpriced and should not be be advertised as “Luxury Living” PARKING IS UNRELIABLE. Especially after 9/10pm. In order to have a spot to park when getting off late from I had to purchase a garage spot ($35/month discounted). Center lot and guest lot get completely full with people driving around waiting for someone to leave. LOUD AREA - This complex is near a gun range, so units facing riverside will hear shooting. Riverside is busy with cars. Residents play loud music regularly on weekend mornings. TRASH - is all over the parking lot when there are high winds, and piles up by/inside trash shoots regularly. They had us move into a dirty apartment, and said someone would come to spot clean. Nobody came even after following up regularly for 2 weeks after move in. Office is not good about following up with issues like this, I would get everything in writing. AC breaks regularly - took 4 months to fix permanently, was refilled with coolant several times just for it to leak out and stop working again
