I got a new apartment and went to get my mailbox key. Took forever to get it but the lady said I can use it by next week. It’s been over a month or so and the key doesn’t even work. I’ve tried calling on and off, but they keep saying the same thing. I just want my mail!

Passport renewals are done online. Also, this office does not offer passport Services any longer.
Yes, I’ve called over 11 times and no one has answered the phone. I guess I’ll have to make a trip to the post office tomorrow. Not looking forward to but maybe I can get some answers then.
You can change your address online but you my have to go to post office to verify it. The best way to change your postal addresss is: to gèt a change of address form and fill it out. But you should be able to go to usps online and change it as well. May be a small fee
