Abandon hope all you who want answers from this branch. For those who are curious to know what you will be told when looking for your delayed package the answer is "It's still being processed." So, if it's been sitting there for days, weeks or months the answer is the same: "it's still being processed" which is a non-answer in my opinion. The employees on the phone will give you no more information than what you can find when you track it yourself. Completely incompetent!

This place is bull. They canceled my appointment for passport and photo without notifying me. They left me a voicemail while I was already there telling me my appointment was scheduled due to short staff- then I speak with the supervisor and tells me there’s nothing she can do for me and she doesn’t control anything and the best thing I can do is come in everyday to check to see if someone has canceled? I told her everyone has a job so how would it be possible for me to come in everyday? If my appointment was canceled due to short staff the best thing they could of done for me is making it high priority for me to get another appointment ASAP. But she said no and that they could only fit me in on the 18 which is bull considering it’s not my fault and I need an emergency passport to see my dying grandpa. And there was nothing that could be done for me and she advised me to go somewhere else. I will be calling to ask to speak with her boss and her bosses boss.

Avoid at all costs for passport services. Quite rude and unable to multi-task. Took 15 minutes just to get an application form and sent away since appointment only.

Generally the U.S.P.S. does not post direct contact phone numbers for Post Offices.
