The staff is always very fast and friendly when I have to go in. One of their drivers keeps misplacing packages and delivering to the house with the same number the next street over (I’ll give some slack because we’re in a new neighborhood), but the manager went out of his way to make sure I got my package just a few hours after I called.

I went there in a rush to try and recover my package that was set to be returned to sender and the lady there was very nice and helpful.

Thieves!!! My mother sent a birthday card through certified mail. It was never delivered. It was scanned upon arrival at this facility and then just disappeared. I spoke to a supervisor named Ong who told me someone will call me on Tuesday… 3 days later I still didn’t get a call. Came to the post office to speak to Wayne the manager and I was ignored by him at the lobby for an hour. I will be filing an investigation.

You have to submit a change of address form to your new address. The carrier MIGHT hold your mail but most likely it will be returned to sender
