The need a whole new crew to come in and revamp this place, it is horrible customer service, not real sure how they are operating, some days they just don't if understaffed.. and this 2 hour lunch break is absurd. Can someone please fix this place and make it operate more professional?

You can search your post office, by just typing post office and your ZIP code. Then click on the post office website, there should be a link on the front page or do a search to do a hold. Your second option is to call or go into your local post office. The phone number will be be listed on the home page for that post office. Your final option is just to talk to the carrier to make a hold.
