9am is Sacrament meeting. 10:15am is Sunday School. 11:00 is the Women's class called Relief Society and also Young Women (12-18). The Young Men (12-18) and the older men also meet in separate classes at this time. Primary age classes (3-11) also meet during these times.

I saw some of the brothers down at the ihop today, they had those silver dollar flapjacks just soaking in syrup. When y'all came to the house, they told me they couldn't eat sugar, is that true because that was the one red flag for me?

There is no restriction on eating sugar. We believe in maintaining a healthy diet, which generally means moderation in all things. Substances that can di rectly harm the body are discouraged, such as alcohol, tobacco, and drugs. If an individual stated they cannot eat sugar - they may have a diabetic or ot her personal health reason for doing so.

Are y’all open because of Harvey?
