I would reach out to suppliers of art to deseret book. Altius Art in American Fork has had art work that DB didn't have or no longer carried. There are several suppliers.

Dedication is May 20, Sunday 2018, and the open house is from Saturday, March 17th, through Saturday, April 28th, 2018. No tours are available on Sunday's, and March 24th and 31st because of General Conference.
Not exactly, you can get a limited use "recommend" to watch a dedicatory session at your local chapel, that's what they did with Provo city center.
You would get it from your local Bishop
Typically Tuesday to Saturday 6 am to 8 pm. Some changes for holidays and maintenance.

For baptisms I highly recommend going during school hours - daytime weekdays you should be able to walk right in, but early morning, afternoon, and weekend are busy.

You can put them on it while you're at the temple (just ask a temple worker where to do it). Or you can call the temple and ask them to put a name on the prayer list for you. (There's a slight chance they don't do that anymore.)
What is the procedure for accomplishing temple work for a relative? I have printed a temple ordinance card.

Just take it to the temple with you and do whichever ordinance comes first that hasn't already been done. If you let temple workers know, they can talk you through it. It's really easy though, you just don't use the names provided by the temple.

Six. Three on either side. For the open house the tour goes through three on one side.

Yes and special handicapped parking. In the main Temple parking lot. After you park they have golf carts that will take you to the entrance of the Temple. And there they will give you a wheelchair to use.
When are callings going to be made to staff the temple permanently. I realize we were all released when the Temple was closed, but what is the procedure to call the workers for the newly renovated Temple.
