The mailman I just had was hostile on the phone yelling and screaming in a personal call meanwhile he missed my mail giving it to my neighbor… same guy does this every time mixes up the mail and yells about how he’s not getting paid well…maybe do your job correctly and you’ll get a raise! I’m updating this again because again the mailman gave me my neighbors mail. This makes 50 times in one year.

Avoid the one named Mary Ann if you actually want any help. She’s so rude and she rushes you to get to the point so she can write down the supervisor’s number and get you out of the place ASAP. I’m to the point if I go and she’s the only one on duty I’ll just come back the next day. She’s awful and I don’t understand why there’s no accountability for her with how rude and dismissive she is. It’s ridiculous.

Usually when you're returning through Amazon they give you a choice of where to return it at and it's usually Kohl's department store

Yes you need to go downtown in lancaster office but go early because only have few numbers to attend go like 9am
How much it cost to renew my family passport of 3 people?
No, they no longer do them at this location.
They never deliver anything on time and if it doesnt come in within a day or two then you should go down there and ask where your package is .
