I use this post office about once or twice a month for our business's certificate of mailing and certified mail. Carmen is always pleasant and professional. It often gets backed up which can be a bummer, but the staff is never rude about it. Given a choice between this one and another nearby office, I always end up choosing this one mainly because their hours are more flexible.

Who sent it. And have you checked with post office. Because a letter taks 3 to 6 days and a package depending were it originated could take 5 days to 60 days
