If I could give Zero stars I would. They hang up every time you call. When you go in there is an all day event. And the workers talk to you like you are beneath them

I came from the office on 53rd Western and was accustomed to good treatment. This Woodlawn Office is horrible. The customer service staff development day couldn't have been effective!!! Much Much training needed! And when the employee can not be productive re define their position-----that is how you can get rid of that poor performing employee.

Take forever to call people and don't answer the phone when people call.

Really

This place is horrible and whoever is over this place should get involved. The employees move so slow and there is always people complaining and angry. When this is suppose to be a office to help the less fortunate . CLOSE IT DOWN OPEN A NEW ONE

They shut it down then where are you going to go to? You must realized in order to make sure you are getting your needs met for the benefits. The caseworker must make sure all your paperwork work it up to date. A lot of this falls on the customer as well. If you don't have all your documents returned by the deadline given. Of course your benefits can stop. Do you rush your doctor when you go see them? This is a government office where things take time. Instead of complaining dd you request to see a manager?

There are designated people. You just have to be patient or go in person.
