Randy was a great pleasure working with. He bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable which led to a great experience. Could not ask for anything better. Top notch Staff all made you feel like they knew you and wanted to help.

I appreciate the quick response. Thank you.
Always with recalls.
Yes. There are two courtesy vehicles that run about a 10-12 miles radius of the dealership.
Please call 817-849-3248 on Monday after 7 am when we open back up and they can schedule you an appointment.
The best bet is to contact our service department at 817-849-3248 and schedule an appointment for us to look at it.
I don't care how many awards Five Star Ford has on the wall their customer service is the worst. Their sales staff, the incompetent Tut who finalizes your paperwork , the parts department the service department The Body Shop I've had nothing but a bad experience there. I love Ford products but I will never buy a Ford from Five Star Ford again and I hate going there for anything. It's always a miserable experience. With no apologies from them with no compensation with no move on their part to make anything better. Please get rid of Mr.Tut at least. He never transferred my title from my truck that I traded in correctly and for four years to this day I'm still getting bills from the north Texas Toll Road even though I don't own that 2002 Ford F150. It's been a nightmare literally.
Service and parts department woild be the Best place
It really all depends on what is actually is wrong with your vehicle but they will be very accurate and keep you informed
You might have to update or refresh cookies. And or restart your device.
I have no means at my disposal maybe contact the American Consul
Not sure...my bro got a nice truck for a good price...
Five Star Ford always takes good care of my F150
I have bought 2 vehicles from Sam Limo. He is a great and very honest.
Go to the Five Star Facebook page and it tells you how on there.
That might be a question you ask a licensed mechanic
Yes, take your Ford Explorer to five-star Ford and they will take care of you
Service 7pm. Not sure about parts but I think the same. Have a blessed day.
My daughter just went through the same thing with her Kia she bought from Clay Cooley. She had go play for the second key $$$! I doubt if 5 Star will eat the cost of a ne key.
email or switch salespeople
Yes ... that's where I go all the time. Then take the paperwork to get the llicense.
What did that even mean? My family has purchased over six cars from them over the years and we have never ever had a one problem with Five Star Ford.
If it is the actuator then the repair also includes a latch. This estimate would be $473.80. Our team says there can actually be several causes for your concerns and they would prefer to an actual diagnosis before committing to an actual repair.
You can trade it in with the damage. The value of the vehicle will be impacted by the damage on the vehicle. If you have an insurance check you can use that as a down payment.
Do you already have the key? If yes, and you still have one good programmed key then it’s about $60. The vehicle has to be here. If you don’t have a programmed key the cost goes because of the time and labor to cut two new keys and then it’s a different programming that has to be done.
Check the fuses, radio system, wires and cables
Hello mija, there are places that do accept the registration
You could maybe Google with your phone numbers and ask for recalls for your type of vehicle through Google
Call them and find out where at five star you should take it.
I used to work there and we very seldom had any E series vans over 3 years I worked there.
Until what time is the service and parts open? Do you have to make appointments to get oil change?
