Short handed on staff, hard to get assistance. This is the third visit in the last two months I needed assistance. All three times I had to repeatedly ask for help. All three times I was waiting 20-30 minutes for help. One of the three times I finally just left. I have a job to finish, and cant spend half my morning in Home Depot. Limited stock available. If your lucky you can find about half of what your looking for. Items that customers are putting back in the wrong place is not being corrected. You have to dig through boxes of assorted items to find the one you need. Especially in the plumbing dept. Good luck..... UPDATE, they have improved everything I mentioned above. I never ask more than once, personal show up fairly quickly. Stock is corrected much better. 100% improvement since my original posting.

I would Google the name of the manufacturer of the item and contact them directly. Or look up the number to a local Home Depot and ask customer service. Good luck
As an employee here, both associates and customers alike are required to wear masks inside the the store and social distancing is supported.

They can cut to exact measurements if you watch them closely. It does cost .25 cents per cut after 2 cuts . But it is really up to the employee who cuts . Large orders will b charged flat fee for quantity cuts. If you are purchasing large order you can talk to manager about discounts or free cutting. They are typically more than happy to make concessions for customer satisfaction and product sales. I know cause I worked there and was responsible for the original start up of their installation program. In 1991. If you have multiple cuts repeating sizes ask for manager talk business.
