Arnold the owner "checked" my car by grinding my gears before finally finding reverse and peeling out of the parking lot. Ugh. He returned and said he didn't notice anything so I thought we were done and then proceeded to yell at me when I didn't understand his need to "check" it, but he really meant to say it needed a diagnostic test. Second time today I've been. treated badly by an older Hispanic male owner/mechanic. Maybe I should be male and Spanish speaking?
