I was in an incredibly bad way with a stripped lug nut lock. Jorge and his team bent over backwards to get my tire off and repaired and it didn't come close to the quotes I had gotten from other folks. Jorge single-handedly earned my business for this shop! Customer service may be dead elsewhere but at AutoNation Hyundai I felt appreciated again! I went back for another issue and received great service from Zack!

Hector and Brian were great ! Excellent customer service and were patient and very informative throughout the whole process. I’m glad I bought the car here and I recommend these two if you plan to buy a car here soon. We didn’t have a pleasant experience with another associate but I prefer not to mention his name.

They had the vehicle we wanted but they would not allow us to use our own bank for the loan. We were forced into their loan so I had to go through the extra steps to refinance at a rate that was over 2 points better that what they offered.
