My mom’s Honda showed a wrench in the display on dash… I looked up the codes & told mom that it needed to be serviced & she told me to take care of it. I chose not to take it to Honda cuz they always “find” $100s of dollars worth of insignificant things. For simple oil change the bill would be over $900 every single time & they left mom w/o a car for days… anyway, I stopped in @ Meineke & made an appointment @ 10 on Friday. Got there & Jaime (think that’s his name) checked in the car & was super nice to me & offered me the coldest seat in their reception/waiting area & not too long after that, I see the car backing out & I asked if it could be ready? He double-checked his computer & said yes. Plus he found $10 coupon to apply to the bill. Danny, the mechanic came inside & handed me the keys & said car looked great & the code Honda had sent was checked & ignored cuz it was “just a service appointment check/oil & filter change” & Danny did all the necessary things & didn’t try to gouge mom for it! I shook his hand & was grateful for their honesty & full report of the car & every single item was examined, photoed, & recorded for me to see. It was a delightful & refreshing experience!! I think that their integrity & honor is WAY beyond any business experience I’ve ever had. They win my loyalty as a customer forever. Thanks guys!! You rock!!
