So I just dropped in without an appointment looking for a new radio for my truck. John was super cool and knowledgeable and took me through my options. He came outside with me and looked at my old one and then steered me in the right direction. Then surprised the hell out of me be offering to get it done right at so I can still get to work on time. As if that wasn't enough as we were talking he heard about my military service and at checkout offered me a military discount. I will definitely be back for anything else my truck needs.

For those of you that are looking into getting any installation or product from this place... this is your warning. Save yourself the headache, you will thank me later. I would give no stars if that was an option. This place is nothing more than a take your money and make excuses later type of business. Starting with the installation work...you will regret it the minute you start to notice wires out of place and hanging. Poor installation techniques and equipment and when you take your vehicle back to be fixed they will get offended and blame it on this and that and ask you, "well how do you recommend we fix this"? Unbelievable. Then they will make excuses and say "we are not the manufacturer" as a way to make excuses for equipment they just installed and does not work. At the end of the day you are going to be going in circles as they attempt to act ignorant and expect you, the customer, to follow their lead. Again, you have been warned!
