Family member lives there and it seems like a very friendly place, even her young teenage boy found a good group there. We were at the clubhouse for a baby shower over the weekend. It was nice and roomy, there was some cozy places toward the back when we needed quiet for a baby sleeping. The kitchen and bathroom could use an update, but otherwise very nice.

My parents bought their home here nearly twenty years ago. It was then and still is a beautiful, safe and lovely place to live. Management does a good job maintaining the property with landscaping upkeep, proper maintenance of facilities, and ensuring that lots and homes are maintained according to standards.

Well there are a few rentals that the property owners have ask the managers
Can't rent mobile home you buy the home and you rent the land. The rent they tell you is approximately $859 then they keep adding fees on for things they do to their property. Like remodeling the recreational areas that we can't use. They do not keep up the contract rules after the charges for trash, which they make all residents pay for those putting mattresses, and large objects in trash. Which is forbidden but everyone gets charged for. They installed cameras they never check so they can go after those who throw away large items. So if your a family of two or three and only have regular trash you now pay for your neighbors illegal charges. They also give some people notices to keep their yards weed free while others get away with overgrown weeds encroaching in a well kept yard. . There are unruly kids , parties after 10pm with loud music, distrubing the peace of others sleeping. Park manager doesn't follow through.

It's not 55 plus, the mobile homes are very close together so hopefully you get along with them so they dont complain. Guests cannot park on the streets they have guest parking throughout the park or they have to park outside of the park.
There’s several available but they haven’t sold any recently and the park manager sucks she doesn’t uphold the rules for all residents just a few residents she wants to bully.
There are several for rent but only manager can rent out homes if you in a home you can't rent to own. It's not church St. It's church Ave. Two different places

OMG the pool is not opened year round.. One time the water was cut off and a lady dying her hair dove in it...its just that Maria has been here too long
