I have a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport. The brake lights are out and the blinkers dont work. The parking lights work. I replaced the bulbs. Nothing. I checked fuses. They're all fine. Any ideas before I have to drop a chunk-of-change at the dealer? Thanks

I don't care how many awards Five Star Ford has on the wall their customer service is the worst. Their sales staff, the incompetent Tut who finalizes your paperwork , the parts department the service department The Body Shop I've had nothing but a bad experience there. I love Ford products but I will never buy a Ford from Five Star Ford again and I hate going there for anything. It's always a miserable experience. With no apologies from them with no compensation with no move on their part to make anything better. Please get rid of Mr.Tut at least. He never transferred my title from my truck that I traded in correctly and for four years to this day I'm still getting bills from the north Texas Toll Road even though I don't own that 2002 Ford F150. It's been a nightmare literally.

The diagnostic test is $129 at Ford. If you can't pay that. There is a shop on NE 28th in Ft Worth that charges 80

You will probably have to replace the whole fixture.

Sorry, I am not an electrical tech. Check the wiring.
