They can't find two weeks worth of mail. I call and the reply they give is " will research this and we will call you ". They never call back. Isn't the job of the postal service to deliver mail?

This post office has no desire to actually assist their customers. Our mailbox was hit by a distracted driver on July 2. We immediately contacted the post office as we were expecting our children's passports any day. Our HOA requires something very specific and would not approve a substitute mailbox, so we had to wait for the backordered item. (6 weeks). Multiple times, we requested for our mail to be held. In writing, in person and online. We filled out requests, I even offered to rent a PO Box for the time being until our mailbox was repaired. I was told by two associates even after we had confirmation of package deliveries that our mail was "being returned to sender since you won't bother to get your mailbox fixed and we don't want to read about it on Nextdoor". I was then told that our mail was being returned to sender. At this point, we had missed 2 passports, a drivers license, medication, and a check from my son's university as well as birthday cards sent by relatives for the kids. Finally, our mailbox was replaced, my husband visited the post office to take the hold off of our mail only to be told that our mail was out for delivery. It has now been 11 days since we have received any mail. No one knows where our mail is, or when it will be delivered. No one cares to find out. I am beyond frustrated and there is seemingly no one to escalate the issue with.

I just moved here and they missed delivered 3 packages from Amazon. I had Amazon change my delivery options and now they will not use USPS as a carrier for my packages. Now I have to go there and find a 4th package they mis-delivered from another vender. The worst postal service ever, they should be ashamed of their bad service

Maybe he had a bad day, but last Saturday I was just in time for the last mail in the mailbox drop off (outside the building) but as I approach the mailbox, the mailman was closing the mailbox up. As I approach him with my hand out the the window with mail in hand, I asked could he get these also, he said to me ," you have to get out the car and give them to me." Is this a new policy ? Any other time I have always hand it over the mailman. I have to say I walk with a cane so it is just a convenience to use the drop off. I came away dumbfounded..

Yes, as long as you're paying with cash or debit card
I'm afraid I don't know as I didn't need that service, but I did not notice any on my two visits. I would recommend a call to them directly to confirm whether or not they're available. My apologies for not being of more use in answering your question...
Its called snow and ice on the ground! Maybe it's that you just haven't had any mail! I have revived mail when roads were suitable to drive on! Maybe you should be respectful! Also many offices have busted pipes and offices got flooded .. could be an issue here!
Nrh post office right across from you on Davis Blvd.
If the post office wants to get more raises stop people on hold and answer the phone instead of putting them hold and then getting a recording saying they're not receiving calls at this time.
Thats ever post office, i used to call the one from Grand Prairie and the same no answer
No
This is outrages ! !
You can't afaik.
I've been living in North Richland Hills since 2011. The mail service has been prompt, and secure. I've had no problems, and I order a lot from EBay and Amazon.
