I actually bought my car from Mac Churchill Auto Mall they are no longer in business but they only gave me one key to my Ford Focus SE. How can I get a second key and would it be free of charge since they didn't give me my second key to begin with?

My daughter just went through the same thing with her Kia she bought from Clay Cooley. She had go play for the second key $$$! I doubt if 5 Star will eat the cost of a ne key.

They will sell you a key but it isn't their responsibility to furnish you with a free key.
