How is it that the Monday sale of chicken (baked or fried) is becoming undesirable? Baked chicken on Mondays, the chicken parts are all soaked in a what looks like 'oil' and the skin (best part) are no longer in place. Happens around 5:30pm.

You can always ask for fresh baked chicken they should have some in the back that oil accumulates when it's sits in that steam table it's oil from the chicken itself
