I've had a box here for years and usually service is good and I've never had a package lost. When shipping things, I never had any issues either. I'll happily change my review if that normal service resumes. However, today I had a package show as delivered. So, I stop by before going out of town to pick it up. They can't find it and when I ask them to look for it I'm basically met with a shrug and an attitude of "what, do my job??". After being a customer here for years, the 1 lost package isn't the problem. The attitude toward their mistake is. I am seeing new faces, so training and consistent procedures seem to be an issue. If they can't handle keeping track of something arriving, I probably wouldn't trust them to keep track of something going out, especially if they are packing it (as I've previously had them do without issues, but different employees).

The same people that own the ups store in Rockwall off Goliad have now taken over this location. They are the best owners and will take care of all your needs! They have such positive attitudes all the time -just very good with costumer service all around.

The new owners of this store are absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend coming here. They do everything they can to make things simple!

make sure you stay and watch them box up and label your return. i recently dropped off a package for frontier equipment they printed a label but it was never received by UPS. a week later i dropped off an Amazon return a label was printed but UPS never received it. dropped it off August 5th. They say UPS just don't scan it but my husband worked there for 10+ years and that may happen once in a while but not twice on the same customer. Not only that very rude when i called
