Went in to go buy some paint and had absolutely no idea how to even ask , what tools , etc . Then David came and helped . Such a sweet soul and I am very thankful for his help . This man needs a raise !! Thank you David !

The smallest ladder for rent they had was 10ft long. Nothing that compacted so someone without a truck could rent. The lady in rentals was rude as all hell. You could tell she didn’t wanna be there and she definetly wasn’t willing to help. Went to rockwall and the young man over there was super helpful. Will never go back to this location.

Always short staffed, if you have any questions while you are there, you might as well google it rather than expecting a home depot employee to come and help you. The home depot I once knew to be customer friendly doesn't exist anymore. Update: had a better luck today and found a helpful associate.yay!!!!
