With already limited hours to pickup a package, they open late and serve residents as slowly as possible.

For 10 days now I have not received one piece of mail ... I have lived at the same address for 22 years ... When i called Rowlett office, no one answered, when i showed up at the office, and asked about it, he would not look into it! My VA medicines are being sent back to them. they are always delivering to the wrong address, I live in duplex B, not A ... You think they could tell the difference?

Unacceptable behavior from employees

The young man behind the counter gave me the strip off of the express mail envelope to throw away. He was rude, too. He, and a female employee were bad mouthing a customer. The customer was not there to witness it, but I was. Neither one of them have a skills in customer service.

You guys at the postal service are so god damn awful your customers have stopped bothering to ask real, insightful questions because you are too MIA to do your job properly and answer them.
Honestly, you are better off going there to visit yourself to ask questions rather than waiting for them to answer the phone. Show up with tracking number in hand so the employees can serve you faster to tell you what's what, also they're usually nice.
You got to drive up to that post office nearest to you and then literally ask them. You'll be lucky to get anyone on the phone, it's better to just show up. The employees to treat you well though as long as you explained the situation calmly and show them your tracking number so they can tell you what's going on.
Sorry. Could not translate what you posted. Maybe ask again in English?
Walmart does, not sure if the post does.
Ask the clerk at the counter to investigate. They are most helpful. Today USPS is closed. But there might be someone inside in the back working. Knock on the door that has the pickup schedule on it - the bell beside it may be working. If you're desperate, the door on the loading dock is the last hope.
Contact the postmaster
Call them to schedule, that is if they FEEL like answering given that they have a lot of gossip to tend to. Or, just, y'know find another postal service where your time is better spent.
LOL I suggest looking at other postal service places for PO Boxes and staying clear of this one. They will find a way to overcharge you, make excuses, waste your time, etc basically go out of their way to actively ruin your day.
