OMG!!!! my wife and I were just verbally assaulted by the owner and his dirtball mechanic. We walked into the shop to pick up the bikes we were having serviced. upon entering the disgusting mechanic and owner verbally berated us for having bikes without electric motors. They both tried several times, and each time louder than the next, to sell us on an Ebike. Each time I told them I did not believe the hype around the Ebikes and they kept getting more and more verbally abusive. After several disgusting insults were thrown at my wife and me, I told them to ring me up so I could leave. The poor young man behind the counter ringing me up kept apologizing, I felt bad for him. WOW!!! way worse than desperate slimy used car salespeople. A true lesson on how NOT to treat customers!!!!

Amazing customer service!! We had a bike emergency and they helped us. Very kind and knowledgeable! They went out of their way to get us to their store and get our flat tire fixed after another bike store in La Jolla wouldn’t answer their phone or get off their phone when we were at their store to talk to them.
