I've been going here for 3 years and everyone is so nice except one old white lady with white hair at the beauty section on 9/12/22 around 1:20 I got a product off the shelf that was already damaged and took it off cause I want it away and she thought I ripped it off the locked up red thing and took it from me saying I can't do that but I told her ok I'll pay for it now and she just acted rude and took it away and I couldn't find her so I can buy it!?! Side note: she also was following me the whole time I was there from a distance the minute I got there for no reason didn't even ask if I needed help just followed me like as if I was doing something mind you I use to work at CVS so I know how it works I'm not being a Karen just cause I find it weird that I been going there for 3 years and never had this problem before!

This is a big CVS with a lot of selection, plenty of self checkout lines. There was a dog in a hot car in the parking lot and staff went out of there way to ask customers over the intercom about it, and then notified the entire store when the owner returned to the car. Sounds like a lot of negative reviews are due to staffing issues. If you ate sick and need medical care try to get to an actual clinic or urgent care, CVS is a store.

Every single person including the pharmacy manager Sheida to the checkout clerks and everyone in between was so incredibly helpful for me when I was in a crisis. I am so thankful for their care. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The only reason this place is getting any stars is for the cashiers at the front - the woman who always welcomes you and the older gentleman. Parking is a nightmare; doesn’t matter what time of day. Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Won’t even make eye contact or smile.
