pharmacy treats me like absolute garbage every time i call to check on my meds. i've asked probably 5 times over the last year to merge my accounts and stop calling me when my doctor calls my prescription in too early to be filled and they still haven't done it. i know it is too early to be filled. i'm not the one calling it in. tell my doctor that. everyone i talk to interrupts me and snaps at me when i try to explain the situation. i'll get everything from 'your insurance doesn't cover it' to 'we're out of stock' to 'it's on backorder' to 'it's too early to be filled' in the same call. they will keep interrupting me and repeat loudly over and over that my meds are a controlled substance, when i'm calling about a completely different med that is dangerous for me to lapse on (and have done so several times because of this kind of thing). but i can barely get a word in. i've had patient advocates call on my behalf and they don't get spoken to like i do. it's humiliating.

If u need 2 return something do it quick cause after a few days with the receipt they won't take it back..smdh...

Customer service is horrible I called three times and was placed on hold three times only to get the phone hung up in my face three times. HORRIBLE. SHAME ON WALGREENS on Elysians Fields AVE.
