Off the beaten path no near restaurants. Windy road in the middle of nowhere where some of it is gravel and rock road see pictures. Hike was about 20 minutes one way and we were a bit disappointed water was mostly dried up not like some of the awesome review pictures and there is no way to really know. Wish we had caught it on a better day. Looks amazing and hike was not difficult mostly rocks but not much of an incline.

Beautiful location to spend a hot summer day. Even with the river level being low from the recent lack of rain, the swimming hole was deep enough to jump into and was quite a refreshing temperature. Check this place out!

Really fun swimming spot! If the water is full enough you can jump off the rocks! A bit of a walk to get there but worth it and not a hard one.

Slightly rough on your car to get here, as the last 15 mins are ole Arkansan dirt roads. Otherwise worth the drive. The hike is only about 30 min one way and, unfortunately, it's not a loop.

Sure, but I would bring a leash as there may be other people and dogs there
Yes but i would be sure to keep them on a leash there is always a snake or 2 around and other dogs might not be as friendly
I forget how many miles it is back there but there is not room for a cook out but maybe carry a lunch/picnic small cooler or back pack as it is a narrow path, roots and rocks sticking up. The walk is worth it though, good luck

I wouldn't attempt it. There are big seperated rocks and a small bridge on the trail
I did it with no issues, but whether it's allowed or not I'm not sure :)
