Great place to enjoy sunrise. There are around 10 public parking in each street public beach access. To see sunrise you should get there at least 30 minutes before sunrise. People were also doing surf fishing. It is the closest beach access from Georgetown, SC. There wasn’t any fresh water shower/wash or public toilets nearby and the municipal should think about it.

The beach was great! The access was easy. The parking is limited but you have to find it because it is spread out. Look for the signs. There is a pier but it is private and we could not get on it. …

Yes, must be leashed but I have seen a lot running free so do so at your own risk.
I am not sure 100% but I think you can. These beaches are more private. Don't have life guards on duty and such.
