Best Western in West Helena is the worse place. 97.00 for a room with a grimy smell! Bugs all over the place! Clearly that place needs renovations! It’s no way I would recommend it to anyone! I’d really love to speak with the owner.

Room looks clean on the surface but in reality it is filthy! Clearly has water damage on ceiling and was just painted over. The worst part was that I woke up in the morning with bug bites all over my upper body. If there is another place for you to stay in town go there first.

I was visiting Arkansas for the weekend with my family and came across this hotel on the way. They provided me with a great service and also the staffs were very well behaved. I took two deluxe room and couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The room was properly cleaned and also had everything that is needed to stay in a room comfortably. They offer free breakfast with a night stay. Even though there wasn’t much item but it seemed a nice gesture.

One of only a few places to stay in Helena, so I chose this one. The room was clean in appearance but the bathroom in room 108 has been repatched multiple times on the ceiling, not to mention mildew stains as well. The water pressure is good. I wouldn't trust walking on the carpet barefoot, but that's just me. The breakfast in the lobby offered bottled juices and milk, coffee, muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, etc. There is a McDonald's down the street if that doesn't suffice.
