Positive: The room was very clean and comfortable. The décor paid homage to the mill history. The location was just off the highway but very quiet and close to quaint Johnson, AR. We loved being close to the bike trails & not far from shopping and restaurants. Negative: Breakfast was good, but there weren't really any good hot options. However, having quiche that you could heat up was the first I've seen at a hotel.

This little Inn was amazing all around. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We showed up for a wedding WAY before normal check in time and they did everything they could to make sure we got into our room quickly so we could get ready. The rooms to some will feel dated on the surface, but open the drawers and turn on the lights and you'll find very modern amenities hidden behind rustic décor. Even though it is right off the highway, you wouldn't know it. It was very quiet through the entire night. We will definitely be staying here again, just to stay!!! Thank you to you and your staff for making our visit your first priority!!!

I have stayed here a few times now when in town on business. This is one of my favorite places to stay. To say it’s unique is an understatement. It has more of a home feel than any other hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. It’s a quiet location. The only thing that could improve is the breakfast option.

We're staying here for 3 days 2 nights. It's a beautiful place. They have amazing housekeeping services and a cute little fish pond outside. It's right off the interstate and about 5 minutes to any restaurant/walmart/shopping center. The lady at the front desk was delightful. Breakfast served at 6 a.m. the room has a mini fridge and big windows that let in lots of light. Much better than any hotel I've ever stayed in.
