I’ve visited this spot on two occasions to be met with disgruntled employees. Before the door even closes they ask you for your ID in a manner that Implies we really hope you don’t have your ID because we don’t feel like dealing with you at moment. Not to mention the man was so worried about the ID thing that he didn’t even ask for my account info to register my points. Real jerks, I will definitely be driving the extra quarter mile to the left vape store from here on out.

I spent 15 minutes searching through the book of juice with no help from the attendant because he "doesn't usually work here." When I finally settled on one, they didnt even carry that brand of juice, much less the flavor I'd landed on. I went with my usual, gave him my account number (have been a customer for years), and he asked for my ID. I handed him my medical ID, which he said was not valid, so I gave him my temporary paper ID, given by the state, which he would not take either. Never coming back here again. I drive 10 minutes out of my way for this store and will gladly find somewhere closer who carries what they advertise and who treat their loyal customers with respect.
