I went there for a interview, which I thought went well. And I was told that if I didn't hear from them that afternoon, I would definitely have a response back the next morning 🤷🏻♀ well what a you know that next morning never came. I feel Its pretty unprofessional if you say you'll call someone good or bad call them to let them know the company decided to move further with other candidates. Moral is I don't appreciate being lied to. Not to mention the price of gas I had to use to get to the interview for$13.00 and hour🤦🏻♀ maybe I should be glad I haven't gotten a call back. But when one door closes a better one opens. Thanks for no RESPONSE!

I have used this service 3 times. The 1st the driver didn't fasten my wheelchair down correctly - very scary ride since he didn't even try to secure my chair when i told him: 2nd time the driver got lost even though he had a GPS, he got off at the wrong exit and started head south rather than north to my appointment, (I was unable to speak due to surgery to correct him) so i was later than usual; 3rd time I had the same driver as the 1st - he did OK this time.

Most of their drivers'' act'' like their English is limited and are very very very RUDE!! I work at a nursing home and I cant even count how many times the drivers will just drop people off in the lobby when no one is around and LEAVE. They arrive hours late to pick up. One driver arrived 25 minutes early to pick someone up and left because he was still eating breakfast and refused to wait. Once again they are RUDE and they will argue with u in person and over the phone. to some its just a job or something to do. the workers are TERRIBLE.

on 3/20/21 approx 10:50 i witnessed driver in car #s-194 for medacare transportation write something on his travel log. i stepped out of my car to approached diavita dialysis center door, the driver pulled off. i knew he was leaving someone. i yelled for him to stop. i asked who are you finna leave. do your rider even know you are out here? the nurse was trying to give aide to the rider who.was leaking blood from their dialysis stunt. i have learned that the drivers dont have to get out of their cars/van to let rider know they are waiting. this leaves room for drivers to lie about even showing up to pick up the client. this give the transportation company to ability to charge the insurance company for round trips but really provided service for one way. if this has happened to you, call your insurance company. this is clearly insurance fraud.

Yes we do. You can go through your insurance and request us or you can call for private pay quote.
Drivers are supposed to wear the mask in proper manner (covering both nose and mouth) any time they are transporting a consumer.
We do non emergency transportation to medical and non medical trips, including hospitals. We do not have paramedics.
We had an internat issue with the phones this morning, the issue was resolved swiftly, everything is back online.
