Awful service, we have been trying to rent an apartment, and 2 times we were trying to see the real state, and it is like if they don’t want to do their job. Awful experience we had to drive from far away, super rude.

There's a mail room to get your packages and if your worried it might get stolen you can pay extra to get a little package holder thing and it'll send your phone a code to open it
I have friends and they regularly have their packages stolen. It is a big issue
