Our family had an urgent need for a hospital bed with little to no notice when my father came out of the hospital after back surgery. In less than 20 hours the hospital bed, safety rails, an upgraded mattress and sheets were delivered to his home and set up perfectly! Peter and Karen were devoted to our needs, leveraging their in house delivery team to make this work! Grateful & excited to have everything go right in a world where so much can go wrong BUT didn’t. The store owner and some of the staff are nasty and extremely rude. Not just one time almost every time I go. I wouldn’t spend another dollar or cent at this place. And the wheel chairs keep breaking and they sold it to us. Very nasty go to yelp and see other reviews.
