Candace's smile behind her mask could be seen in her eyes, her compassionate attitude and her energy of love was really contagious. This lady lowered my anxiety levels and made the whole process very, very easy for me. she has a heart of gold and her love of serving the public makes her truly special. behind the scene Jennie who help in ever moment to make my test happened. i didn't have the doctor notes and she really cares receiving the doctor's order by email. His determination and wonderful approach to me in Spanish make me feel like home!! Hector the CT scam technician is simple the Best! I don't have enough words to thank him. What a wonderful experience!

Stopped in for a price on MRI for my knee, cash pay was told 300. Called Excel they are 250. In addition I was asked to wear a mask when in fact 2 others sitting in the lobby were not wearing one. Mandate is over, private business or not. In addition I was told someone would call me to make a appointment. Never happened. I will go to Excel and save $50.00. Booked appointment over the phone with Excel in 10 minutes. You're not the only place in town.

Online check in system tells you to wait in your car for a text message to enter to limit people in the lobby. Text never comes. If you don't ignore the instructions and enter the lobby you'll wait forever and lose your appointment. Online appointment registration system demands uploads of medical orders and insurance info. Which is then requested again on site. Using technology should be a help, not a hindrance. Otherwise staff is mostly helpful and pleasant and the actual experience at the Trinity location is tainted only by Tower corporate.

Unfortunately my experience was the same as others at this location only. Love tower, but don’t go to this location. Waited 25 minutes - reception never checked sign in sheet “sign in then please have a seat “. After 25 min I went Up and she apologized. Went in for MRI ordered by Dr and tech asked what was going on and implied this would not show areas of concern and asked if I still wanted the procedure?! I asked for a copy of my order the Dr sent over and was given my mammogram order from last month. I was there for Jaw area. Very disappointed.

Hi Cathy, there are different types of MRI machines for different needs. Tower offers four different types. We have an open MRI, standup open MRI, extremity open MRI and traditional closed MRIs that look like a tube. For our traditional MRIs we have larger 70cm wide-bores at some of our centers that are shaped like a tube but much larger than most. I made mine today. I just followed the link and entered my email as username and your phone number is default password. The user interface is a little rudimentary but it gets the basics done.

My experience here is good, their service is professional and their attitude is good. Unfortunately, my English is not good and they do not provide online translation services. This is different from other hospitals I have been to. I still appreciate your

Hello Diane Wu, we provide online translation service on our website. Just click on the little man in the lower right corner of the page and select the language you want. In our center, we use phone services or translate with the assistance of a tablet. Just make a request at the front desk. Thank you
