Went in as an emergency walk-in. Everyone was courteous. They fit me in without any grumbling. The phlebotomist was extremely thorough as well as gentle. If you knew me you would know how I hate having blood drawn. She had to draw 12 vials of blood. Not only was she kind she didn’t even leave a bruise. I’m good with that.

They were quick and efficient, I do not do well with having blood drawn and the tech was so smooth and fast with the transition of the tubes and keeping my mind off of it by asking me questions and before I knew I was done! Very satisfied with my experience.

I walked in with no appointment, 2 people were ahead of me and I had routine lab work done within 20 minutes. The staff are always friendly and polite.

My husband and I both required lab work. We went to the lab early in the morning. It was not crowded and we were seen very soon after our arrival. All of our information and orders from the doctor was waiting for us when we arrived. The staff was very cordial and helpful. While the facilities could use from freshening up, they were clean and well organized. That Trinity building is well used, I have commented previously that while the facility appears clean they are dated and showing wear. I find that to be the case with the primary care office where we visit is the same.
