You can dictate your own hours. If you enjoy an engaging, fast paced work environment, you'll love working here. Addressing the other answer we have on this question though, you must be firm on your hours and when you need a break. This is because there is always more work to do so the dispatchers will try to get you to pick up an extra ride just like Uber or Lyft. So, my advice to you is this - Join us if - 1. You want to help people in the community. 2. You like working in a fast paced environment. 3. You like working with a team with a common goal. We will treat you like family and we will care for you. But you have to show up and be committed to the cause. If you are, then the sky is the limit. All our managers and senior positions were filled by people who used to be drivers.
