Once every 6 months the clothes and households vouchers are given

They told me if you have a voucher and you couldn't use it within the days on voucher you take it back let them know so they can reissue you a new one but you can only do it once or twice a year I think.

NO they do not deliver but sometimes there is a person waiting outside who has a truck and they will deliver for a fee. I've only experienced this at Este Ave. location.

Go to corporate office in Bank St.. Very nice and professional staff But I would suggest calling first. Leave a message they will call back..they are so good about THAT. Love this place..they have been a blessing for both of my two daughters.

Take your ID, proof of address (preferably a utility bill), if you have something showing that you have a medical condition you would be considered priority and you go down and apply you should call first to find out what times you need to go when they are taking applications and they may also direct you on specifically if there's any other documentation you may need hope this was helpful

Yes they do and the freestore does as well as the Salvation Army Chantelle Good luck and alot of times you have to be there early

You have to start at the women's shelter on Reading Road. They will help you work your way up.

They did deliver to my family once in the winter. They might only deliver in certain situations but I would definitely call and ask. St vincent DePaul has always been very helpful.

They helped me with June & July's rent. I have Asthma & a Heart condition, so, I am on a Covid-19 Leave of Absence from my job. Community Action Agency also helped me with August and September's rent.

Here's some info The Christmas Angel Toy ProgramAngels are the guardians of hope and wonder, and keepers of magic and dreams. Selected families in need are invited to our Outreach Center in the West End on a Saturday in December. While the parents select gifts for their children, volunteers help the children make an arts and crafts gift for their parents and receive a bag of candy from Santa. Parents take the gifts home to give to their children on Christmas morning. For more information, please call 513-421-HOPE (4673). Also look into "city gospel mission" GOOD LUCK

On Friday and Saturdays from 8-1 make sure you have your id they also can help you with that if you don't have one salvation army and free store as well if you call 211 they can give u other places like local churches that can also help. O have to use these things often due to our current circumstances
