Otr community housing is making a difference for peoples who have lived most their lives in Over the Rhine and nearby communities, and others, with the making and remodeling of affordable housing and accepting section 8. This allows people of the the Over the Rhine to be a part of the reinventing and renovations that have been and are taking place in their community. Otr housing is giving opportunities to enjoy new, lovely, lower income apartments that many peoples would not be able to afford other wise. Thank you Otr housing!

I recently applied to be added on the waiting list. The only reason I’m gave three stars was because the other workers were nice. The dark skinned lady at the front desk needs to be checked. I arrived early so that I could apply at 10 am. I was a little early so I left and came back. It was 954 and I saw other applicants filling out the application. She did not offer me one after I repeatedly said that I would like to apply. She kept ignoring me and had a bad attitude. If the other workers were not helpful I would have given one star. I don’t know what her issue with me was but I felt discriminated against. If I don’t get approved on the waiting list I know why. She greeted others but not me. Then asked those who didn’t have an application to go into a conference room and I told her I didn’t have one and she kept dismissing me. We as a community need to do better. Thank you to other professional workers but she needs training.
